| Vision Building Systems is proud
to announce the completion of this beautiful 3,000 square
foot Sales Center for a new residential development in Deland,
Florida. This complex captures the developer's desire for
Victorian Architecture. The building exterior features hardi-lap
siding exterior with custom trim and shingle mansard. The
front and rear porches were constructed by VBS and truly complete
the Victorian look the owner desired to achieve. The interior
is uniquely detailed with hardwood flooring, beaded paneled
walls with custom moldings and finished sheetrock walls and
ceilings. |

| The breadth of Vision
Building Systems' work product is further demonstrated by
this recently completed 5,000 square foot Religious Assembly
Building in Ellenton, Florida. The complex consists of 6 modules
and features a 3,500 square foot clear span meeting room,
restrooms and storage areas. This building's exterior (hardi-panel
sierra finish) was specifically designed to match the exteriors
of the client's existing conventionally constructed dormitory
facilities at the site. The structure's interior features
acoustical ceilings, and effect lighting. The building components
arrived on site and assembly began on January 26, 2001 and
the project was completely finished with a "Certificate of
Occupancy" in an incredible 7 days, just in time for confirmation
services for 150 teens. Our client's goal with this structure
was functionality. Similar buildings can be designed with
a range of exterior finishes and features. |

VBS came to the aid
of the US Army recently by completing a 6,000 square
foot office complex for the U.S. Army in Savannah,
Georgia. VBS does work throughout the Southeast and
in other regions, so there is no project we cannot
handle. Other recently completed projects include
a 3,966 square foot training facility in Boca Raton,
Florida, and a 2,880 square foot office complex in
Atlanta, Georgia.

In addition, VBS has recently
completed a few unique projects including:
• A high school football
field press box, which was crane set 80' in the air
• A two story, concrete plant control building
• A concrete and steel residential guard house building

Buildings for Lake County, a Golf Pro Shop and several Educational
