Vision Building Systems, L.L.C. ("VBS") is a Florida-based company serving the Southeastern United States in the sale, delivery, installation, and servicing of modular buildings. The VBS management team has over thirty-five years of experience in the modular industry, and is dedicated to providing outstanding client service and the highest quality buildings to all of its projects.

VBS is a full service modular building firm. In addition to being licensed as a general contractor in Florida and much of the Southeastern United States, VBS offers its clients the following services: planning and design, project budgeting, project management, permitting, site preparation, building delivery and installation, and turn-key construction. From projects that are small and simple to large and complex, VBS provides the services necessary to ensure that all of its clients' project goals are achieved. VBS does not stock modular buildings and force a client's needs to fit within available inventory. In all cases, VBS will work with each client to custom design and construct a building or buildings that meet each client's specific needs and constraints.

VBS' modular buildings may be used for a variety of applications and fulfill either temporary or permanent space needs. Common uses for VBS modular buildings include: construction and sales offices, general office, health care and educational facilities, hotels, and general commercial.

VBS uses only the highest quality manufacturers in the modular industry. Each of these manufacturers use the most advanced technologies whether the building frame is wood, steel, or concrete. Further, all VBS buildings are constructed and engineered to meet or surpass all applicable code requirements, and use the same or higher quality building materials as any conventionally constructed building.

VBS modular buildings are available for sale or lease. Operating leases are available for temporary building needs, whereas financing leases may be attractive to clients that desire to finance their purchase or fulfill a long-term need.
